RESCHEDULING ADVERTISEMENTS

www.bookadsnow.com reserves the unqualified right on behalf of the publication/television channels to decline, change or reschedule any advertisement/listing notwithstanding earlier acceptance by us or even if payment for the advertisement has been made. The conditions contained along with its modifications if any shall always govern the acceptance and publication/telecast of any advertisement.

DEALINGS WITH ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS

www.bookadsnow.com does not take responsibility of being directly involved in any transaction including SMS and/or any other services between parties using the Site. www.bookadsnow.com is a venue only and do not screen or censor or otherwise control the listings offered to other Users, nor does www.bookadsnow.com, screen or censor or otherwise control the Users of its service. www.bookadsnow.com does not assume responsibility for the content or context of the user comment areas and will not remove or edit postings to the public comments areas once they are entered into the service, except to expire records or in our sole discretion.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

ACCEPTANCE OF ADVERTISEMENTS

www.bookadsnow.com is accepting the advertisements only on behalf of the Publication /TV channels featured on the site. It is in no way responsible for any delay by the Publication /TV Channels to discharge any of their obligations towards the users.

PUBLICATION/TELECAST OF ADVERTISEMENTS

• Advertisement rates are subject to change. Invoices would be raised on the basis of rates applicable on the date of display/airing of advertisement.
• Every precaution will be taken to ensure that competitive advertisements are not published/aired on the same page/break. However, no guarantee can be given to that effect. No claims will be entertained for discounting / make goods in case competitive ads appear on the same page/ break.
• No particular spot/position or page is guaranteed unless premium is paid for the same.
• All possible care will be taken to ensure proper reproduction. However, the company will not be responsible for improper printing/airing due to supply of defective material/sound & picture problems.
• Materials will be printed/aired as provided by the client.
• All efforts will be made to print All Edition advertisements on the same day. However, no guarantee can be given for the same. The advertisements will be published within 48 hours of the original date, in case not carried on the same day.
• In case corrections / alterations are made on a previously published/aired advertisement, detailed instruction for the changes needs to be made for the repeat insertions/change in telecast schedule as well. Make good for publication/spots of incorrect ad if merely repeat date is mentioned will not be entertained.
• Advertisement materials will be retained at our end for 15 days post publication/airing. The company will not be responsible for any material after that period.
• Reproduction-related complaints need to be brought to notice within 5 days of publication/airing. No complaints will be entertained thereafter.

MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR PUBLICATION/ TELECAST

• Black & White Ads: Digital Material / Art pull / Laser Print (1200 dpi)
• Colours Ads: Digital material with progressive proof. Digital material is preferred in all cases.
• Standard BETA / Digital BETA or Mini DV is preferred for TV Commercials.

DIGITAL MATERIAL SPECIFICATION FOR ALL PRINT PUBLICATIONS

• All digitalized materials are to be given in EPS / PDF / TIF / JPEG Format.
• Thin / Lower Point / Serif Type in reverse to be avoided.
• Minimum resolution should be 300 dpi.
• All the text to be converted to curve / path before transferring the creative to EPS / PDF format.

B & W print for B&W advertisements and Colour print for Colour advertisements to be given along with digital material as reference for completeness and correctness of the digital material. All Black & White Advt. should be in Grey Scale and Colour Advt. in CMYK mode. Black Colour text in Colour advertisements should be in 100% K and not CMYK.

SCHEMES, DISCOUNTS & SERVICES

www.bookadsnow.com shall reserve the sole discretion and irrevocable right to offer / not offer schemes / services/products/new features/discounts / promotional packages on its website exclusive to any existing or future media, known or unknown mode and vice versa. Conditions for discount: 1 Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer. 2. Limited time offer. 3. Can be withdrawn without notice. 4. At the sole discretion of www.bookadsnow.com.

CANCELLATION OF CONTENT AND ITS CHARGES

www.bookadsnow.com shall reserve the exclusive right to cancel any content whatsoever from being published/aired or reflected on its website or in any other mode. The cancellation charges payable to the advertiser shall be at the applicable rates laid down in the cancellation and refund policy. In case the advertiser wishes to cancel the ad, the intimation must reach us: 72 working hours before the release date for DAILY pullouts and 10 working days before the release date for WEEKLY pullouts.

VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. Any dispute relating to violation of Terms of Service and Refund Policy shall be heard by the Court of appropriate jurisdiction in Kolkata. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
